Eze was at his electric best in the second-half as the Eagles found their rhythm in front of a raucous Selhurst Park.
When Tyrick Mitchell was fouled in the box, just before the hour mark by Forest keeper Matz Sels, Eze stood up and converted the resulting penalty to give Palace the lead.
He also went extremely close to scoring a dramatic winner, rattling the woodwork in the 88th minute with a wonderful curling effort that had Sels beaten. In the end, both Eze and Palace had to settle for a draw, but it was another hugely impressive performance from the Eagles star, who received 29% of the final vote.
The penalty means Eze now has 10 goals and 11 assists in all competitions this season, the first Palace to achieve this in a single campaign since our promotion back to the Premier League in 2013.
Mitchell ran Eze close, finishing second with 24.2% of the vote. Dean Henderson was third with 10.3%.
